A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for cancellation (for any reason) otherwise a 50% late cancellation fee applies. If we arrive at the lesson and it cannot be undertaken (for any reason) - this is classed as a no-show and the full lesson fee is forfeited.
We recommend our 1-Hour Pre-Test service—the perfect way to shake off those nerves prior to your booked test. We’ll meet at the Test Centre 1 hour and 10 mins prior to your booked test time, and do a 1 hour warm-up lesson to simulate test conditions, get you in the zone, and provide last-minute tips to keep you focused.
